Day 1 (31st July) - BURN day in Helsinki

After arriving in Helsinki yesterday evening, today we had our first BURN meeting in a building nestling on the side of a lake, surrounded by trees. A very picturesque setting in what is a beautiful part of the world.

We started off with a time of worship and from the outset we felt the presence of God in the room and the prophetic flow was strong. God sang over the people, and over Finland about His heart's desire to heal the people in the nation from their fears, insecurities, lack of identity, etc.; His heart for the lost and the broken; and how much He loves this nation and desires a close relationship with each person.

After lunch I taught on the principles of BURN (http://burn24-7.com/) and vertical worship, and had some question and answer time.

When we went back into worship, the presence of God increased and the prophetic flow was stronger. It was such a blessing to be worshipping with a group of Finns who are hungry for more of God, and to begin to understand God's heart for this beautiful and challenging nation.
